Geotechnical engineer/ geologist ( Inżynier geotechnik/ geolog )

Location: United Kingdom
Position information:
• Preparation of technical proposals and reports;
• Mentor and/or direct junior staff on projects;
• Design and manage large geotechnical investigation programs, of various scales;
• Assist in the development of client relationships;
• Undertake a wide variety of geotechnical investigations and design that may include ground improvement programs, foundation design and stability assessments.

Requirements:
• University graduate with a master’s degree in geotechnical, geological, or civil (geotechnical) engineering ;
• 4-5 years experience in site investigation contracting ;
• Strong written and oral communication (English) skills;
• Proven record of independent work and ability to work effectively within a team environment

Position information:
• provide high quality ground investigation
• Execution of tasks to ensure that geological work requirements are completed in compliance with relevant legislation, ethical standards and company guidelines.
• Assist in the collection of geological samples.
• Site preparation, program logistics and cost control.
• Accurate and timely collection and reporting of technical data.

Requirements:
• Strong written and oral communication (English) skills;
• A commitment to safety and an excellent attendance record
• Self motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Sound computing skills in MS Word and Excel
